Why do you work with startups?
We love startups, that is no secret! Startups bring us challenges, brilliant ideas, enthusiasm and a great sense of purpose knowing we can help a little brand go on and achieve big things.
When we had our own startups we found it impossible to get the help we needed without jumping through so many hoops and talking to so many boring people.
HFC wants to tun that idea on its head and talk the same talk that all the fun, innovative brands are speaking!
Do you only do Small MOQ's?
While our speciality is low MOQ’s to help launch brands and test new products, it doesn’t mean we can’t do anything bigger!
We can produce anywhere from 1 bag of product up to tons of product, with about 5 tons being about our sweet spot (depending on what it is though!)
We produce products for both small brands starting out as well as our biggest supermarket chains so you shouldn’t have any supply concerns from our end.
What products do you actually make?
We can make a heap of different things, depending on what you are wanting. We always say “Tell us what you need and we will figure out if we can make it!”
Just so you have an idea, we have made things like Cookies, Muesli, Spreads, Bars, Bites, Balls, Pet Treats and powder blends. We can pack things that come into big bags down into smaller bags too!
What we don’t do are sauces, marinades or anything that needs frying. We also don’t handle meat or meat by products. However! We do wok with people who can help!
What can you pack things into?
Most of what we produce for our clients gets packed into boxes or stand up pouches.
We can also pack into plastic jars, cardboard tubes, metal tins, flow wrap film…
Unfortunately we don’t pack into any sachet products, but we know people who can pack the products we blend into sachets if required.
What does Private Label mean?
Private label simply means we make things under other people’s brand name.
We don’t own any of the brands we produce, we are simply a place they come to and have their idea bought to life for them to then go and sell!
How can you make Human and Pet food in the same place?
Easy! All our Pet food is made using human grade ingredients, meaning things that humans can actually eat too!
We follow he same safety principles, standards and processes that we do with all our human food products so you can be certain knowing that any pet treats that come out of our place are all as safe for you pet as they are for you!a
Do you have any allegens on site?
Yep! We have the following allergens on site:
- Peanuts
- Tree Nuts
- Dairy
- Egg
- Lupin
- Sesame
We are a Gluten Free facility however and don’t produce any products that contain gluten.
Is your site certified?
Sure is! We are HACCP and ACO certified as well as regularly inspected by local council.
