Beyond Manufacturing.
As a small business you need to do everything, we get it. But often it is easier to outsource the bits that take up most of your time and mental energy to somebody else – like us! This then frees you up to do the fun stuff, or the not so fun stuff 😂
Below are a few of our current support services designed to make your life that little bit easier. Have a read through them and let us know if we can help!

IN-STORE DEMONSTRATIONS
The best bang for your buck when launching or growing a food product? Without a doubt, in-store tastings. The biggest challenge for any food brand is simple: people can’t taste your product through a screen. Spending thousands on digital advertising is not always the answer, especially when you’re starting out. In-store sampling gets your product directly into people’s hands, creates instant feedback and can generate immediate sales.

PACKAGING DIELINES
Before your packaging can be printed, your artwork will need to be set up on a dieline that matches the size and shape of your finished product. Your graphic designer can usually prepare this for you, but if you don’t have one, just let us know because we can help!

PACKAGE PRINTING
We can support you through the entire packaging sourcing process – from selecting the right packaging format and size through to printing and final production. We work directly with trusted packaging manufacturers here in Australia. Keeping the process local makes communication easier, reduces unnecessary delays and helps us resolve any questions or changes quickly.
These relationships mean we can often access competitive pricing that would normally only be available to much larger brands. This gives you access to high-quality, professionally printed packaging without having to manage the entire process yourself.

LABEL COMPLIANCE REVIEW
Before your labels go to print, we can review them to help ensure they meet the applicable FSANZ food labelling requirements. Our label compliance service checks important elements such as your product name and description, ingredient list, allergen declarations, Nutrition Information Panel, date marking, storage instructions, country-of-origin information and other mandatory label statements.
Printing a non-compliant label can become a costly and time-consuming problem. In serious cases, incorrect or missing information may require packaging to be reprinted, products to be withdrawn from sale or even a product recall. Having your label reviewed before printing is an essential step that can help identify potential issues early, protect your brand and give you greater confidence when launching your product.
